INSTRUCTIONS
- First try Travel-Ease™ without the use of the foam pieces.
- Travel-Ease™ should be well seated over your shoulders while its upper flares
stay at a quarter inch distance from the bone behind your ears. This will allow your
neck to roll comfortably to either side when you sleep. Manually adjust it to your most
comfortable position.
- If you feel that you do not have enough side support, then remove the foam pieces from the
package and try the different sizes of the foam to determine, which best fits your neck region.
DO NOT REMOVE THE ADHESIVE TAPE BEHIND THE FOAMS AT THIS TIME.
- There are 2 sizes (3mm and 5mm thickness) of foams for each side, right and left.
- You may stack the foams in combination (3mm plus 5mm), if needed, which will give you a total thickness of 8mm.
- Once you have determined the foam size that best fits your neck, then remove the adhesive and attach it to the
sides of the Travel-Ease™ by pressing it in place following the outside contour of the plastic part at the neck folds
(refer to picture).
- Fit Travel-Ease™ behind your neck, well seated over your shoulder, to your most comfortable position and lean
back on your seat.
- Your seat, if possible, should be tilted back about 10-15 degrees for best effect.
- If necessary, you may add a small soft pillow between the seat and Travel-Ease™ at the level of the neck or upper
back to develop a counterforce effect, which may add to your comfort.
- For cleaning, soak Travel-Ease™ in soap and warm water for one hour and then either towel dry or air dry.
